Terms & Conditions for Reseller Purchases

  1. For purchases of Retail / Reseller products as many as 20 items or above, you are entitled to a Reseller Discount. The reseller price mentioned in the product page will be automatically applied to your Cart. You can combine multiple products and variants (colors/patterns) in a single Reseller Purchase.
  2. You can only purchase at maximum 10 Limited items (products under “Limited” category) in a single purchase.

Terms & Conditions for Wholesale Purchases

  1. Wholesale pricing and rules apply for purchase of items under the Wholesale category.
  2. Wholesale products are sold in sets. Each set contains 4 to 10 items with different color/pattern variants, and are not sold separately for Wholesale purchases (i.e. you can not select individual color/pattern variants).
  3. The number of items purchased equals the quantity of variants in a set, multiplied by the quantity of sets added to cart.
    • For example, the product “Aya Wholesale” has 10 color variants per set.
    • To purchase 500 pcs of “Aya Wholesale”, you have to add 50 sets to your Cart. (50 sets multiplied by 10 items per set).
  4. Purchases below 300 pcs are not eligible for Wholesale pricing, therefore you can not proceed to Checkout.
  5. Purchases between 300 pcs to 599 pcs are eligible for Half Ball Wholesale Pricing.
    • First-time customers are entitled to a “First Purchase” discount coupon. You can get the 1 Ball Wholesale Pricing even though your purchase is between 300 pcs to 599 pcs. In order to get this promotion, you have to create an account (click here to view Account Creation guide).
  6. Purchases of 600 pcs or above are eligible for 1 Ball Wholesale Pricing.
  7. The quantity of Limited items allowed for purchase are capped as follows:
    • For purchases between 300 pcs to 599 pcs (half ball), the maximum allowed quantity of Limited items is 100 pcs.
    • For purchases above 600 pcs (1 ball), the maximum allowed quantity of Limited items is 200 pcs.

Terms & Conditions for Limited Products

  1. Limited Products are our special collection items, therefore we set a quota for purchases of these items.
  2. For Reseller purchases, the maximum allowed quantity of Limited items is 10 pcs.
  3. For Wholesale purchases, the quantity of Limited items allowed are capped as follows:
    • For purchases between 300 pcs to 599 pcs (half ball), the maximum allowed quantity of Limited items is 100 pcs.
    • For purchases above 600 pcs (1 ball), the maximum allowed quantity of Limited items is 200 pcs.
